That’s the problem I created ThreeNinetyOne to solve.
Not by adding more complexity. Not by chasing whatever’s new. But by starting with the business itself, mapping how work actually moves through it, finding the bottlenecks, and figuring out where AI can add real leverage versus where it just adds noise.
I’m Naisi Ravest, founder of ThreeNinetyOne.
I’ve spent the last 15 years working across digital marketing, including media buying, lead generation, funnel design, copywriting and SEO, mostly within DTC performance campaigns.
Earlier in my career, I lived in Japan for ten years and eventually ran my own business there. Before that, I worked across the UK and Europe in casinos, clubs and event promotion.
Like many founders, I was doing everything myself. Not entirely by choice. I couldn’t afford a full-time hire and when I handed work over to a virtual assistant it often meant more oversight, not less.
I was great at my work, but I had also become the bottleneck in the business.
In 2023, AI changed that for me. Not because it replaced the thinking, but because it allowed me to step back from the day-to-day work. Finally, I could work on the business instead of being stuck in it.
I could run leaner, move faster and stay focused on the work that actually needed me.
That’s the version of AI I want to help small businesses implement. Practical, proportionate and built around how the business actually operates.
ThreeNinetyOne stays small by design, working with trusted partners and collaborators, because that’s the model I believe in. We don’t sell automations or tools. We help design how the business should operate, then apply AI where it actually makes a difference.
